We do escape rooms often, and this one felt way too easy for us. The staff were nice enough, but the puzzles didn’t really challenge us or make us think much. Also, it was kind of unclear who actually owns or runs the place, which made the whole experience feel a bit disorganized...

We went as a group of 8 and, they made the whole booking thing so easy. Like, no stress at all getting everyone fitted in. The staff were really chilled and explained everything clearly without making it feel awkward or too serious. The room itself was a lot of fun and, you know, everyone actually got involved, which doesn’t always happen when you’ve got a bigger group. Overall, just a really good night out... I’d definitely go again.

The room felt a bit dusty to me, and I’m sure a few of the props were broken or not working right. It wasn’t a huge deal overall, but it did make the experience feel a little less put together than I expected

It was kinda worth the money. Had heaps of fun using it with my mates, and we all had a great time.

The room itself was fine overall, and there were parts of it that we did enjoy, but the game master support kind of took away from the experience for us. At one point we asked for a hint because we were clearly stuck, and then we ended up waiting what felt like forever before we got any help. When the hint finally came through, it wasn’t really that useful and didn’t point us in the right direction much at all, so we still had to fumble around and try to figure out what they meant. It really broke the momentum of the game, which is a shame because escape rooms are way more fun when the pacing stays smooth. It wasn’t a terrible night or anything, and I wouldn’t say it completely ruined everything, but I definitely expected the support to be more responsive and helpful.

I went in last weekend thinking it would be a fun night out, and the game itself was okay. At first we were getting into it, but after about 20 minutes the room started feeling really cramped and hot. I also noticed a few props and corners looked kind of rough, so by the middle of the game I was paying more attention to where I was stepping than actually enjoying the clues. The staff were nice and friendly, but by the time we left I just felt like the space could be safer and more comfortable. I probably wouldn’t rush back unless they clean it up and make the room feel a bit better

The timer kinda made the whole experience less fun for me. The pacing felt sorta off, like I couldn’t really enjoy it without feeling rushed the whole time.

I was just trying to place my order, but the checkout kept glitching on me. It was frustrating because I didn’t want to waste extra time refreshing and trying again just to finish something that should’ve been quick.

I had a quick question before booking, and the team got back to me really fast. They were helpful and made everything easy. Good experience overall.

Had a really good time at Rush Escape Game. The puzzles were fun without making us feel completely lost, which I always appreciate because sometimes escape rooms can get a bit much, and then you’re just staring at a lock wondering what life is. Went with a few friends and we were laughing pretty much the whole way through, with just the right amount of teamwork and mild panic haha. The staff were lovely too. Definitely one of the more fun escape rooms I’ve done.

I thought it felt real once I was inside, which made the whole experience more engaging than I expected. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it did a good job of creating a believable atmosphere.

We played last weekend and ended up using the hint system a few times. Asking for help was really simple, and the clues came through fast enough that we didn’t feel stuck waiting around. I liked that the hints didn’t just hand us the answer, well, actually, I was kind of wishing one of them did for a minute, but overall they gave just enough of a nudge to keep things fun. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that one hint felt a little too vague, and we lost some time trying to figure out what it meant. Still, it was a solid setup and definitely helped the game keep moving...

Went here with a few friends and the location was super handy. It was easy to find and getting there wasn’t a hassle at all. I’d probaby give it 5 stars if the parking was a little simpler, but overall it was a really good expereince.

A few clues weren’t exactly clear at first, but they made sense once we got through them. One puzzle was confusing, though it wasn’t no dealbreaker. I did a room here with four friends the difficulty felt just right. It wasn’t so easy that we flew through it, but we also weren’t stuck standing around with no idea what to do. A few of the clues really made us think, which made solving them feel satisfying. We did need one hint from the staff, but they gave us just enough to get moving again without spoiling anything. Overall, it was a really fun night and I’d definitely go back.

The room had some really cool tech and sound effects that made everything feel way more immersive. One of the puzzles glitched a little, which was kind of annoying, but the staff jumped in quickly and helped us out. Overall, I’d say it was definitely worth it and we still had a great time

We went here for a work team-building thing, and it was just okay. Maybe it was the room we chose or the way our group split up, I’m not totally sure, but it didn’t really get everyone involved. A couple of people ended up doing most of the solving while the rest of us were kind of just standing there at points. The staff were friendly enough, no issue there, I just expected it to feel a bit more organised for a work group and easier for everyone to participate. I probably wouldn’t choose it again for team building.

I’ll admit it, the rooms looked incredibly real, almost annoyingly so because we kept stopping just to look at everything. The props were fun to mess with too, which was a nice touch. It really did feel like we’d walked straight onto a movie set.
